Your data

Your saved answers and sleep profiles are linked to your verified email address. They are used to calculate and display your results. You can export your data or delete your account from My profile. Targeted check-ins also store which answers you refreshed and when; earlier answers keep their original dates.

If you choose to save answers before signing in, a temporary draft stays in this browser so your email link can open in a new tab. It is removed after saving, and expired drafts are discarded when next accessed after ten minutes. A different browser or device will not have that draft.

Employers do not receive individual profiles through this application. Profile-based email follow-up is a separate choice. If you opt in, the application passes your email and relevant profile information to Els’s marketing automation. Access activations also produce an internal event.

Anonymous counters record Basic previews and book-page clicks without answers, email addresses, IP addresses or participant identifiers. A click does not record a purchase.

The assessment provides information based on your answers. It is not a diagnosis.

Pre-launch draft: Els must approve the privacy notice, retention period, controller contact details and processing arrangements before real participant data is collected.
